If I could give Kris a score higher than 10 I would. After doing some checks Chris was able to help me choose the correct setting that cleared up the issue. However, Kris went above - and beyond to give me some excellent tips on how to toggle between programs. I make a lot of Ppt presentations that also involve reviewing reports / data in other applications such as Tableau, Access, Excel, Salesforce and others. The keyboard shortcut is going to be extremely helpful to me going forward, as I have two major presentations over the next 2 weeks. I have never encountered an IT group that provides tips on maneuvering through applications / spreadsheets. The tips Kris gave will be invaluable to me and allow my presentations to flow more smoothly and enhance the professional presentation of data / processes. Job well done Kris.
