Our passwords prompted everyone at Town Hall to...

Our passwords prompted everyone at Town Hall to change - then no one could get their email, even though they were supposed to be sync'd. Tom worked with me to go machine by machine and test passwords, so those employees who were NOT currently in the building could logon, select their own passwords, and keep working! It was time consuming, but worked out, and everyone was able to logon when they arrived at work. THANKS
