The auto requiring of password change on laptop...

The auto requiring of password change on laptop if corporate wifi was used did not work as stated; I brought the laptop in, restarted it and such, but there was no requirement to change the password. It did not sound right to me when i was told that, but I went with it anyway....

I came into the regular office from my home office because of a connection issue with Consolidated, so I was already not having a good day with technology. Charlie got my update competed quickly so I could get into the program I needed. I didn't have to be put on a list for a call back, it was taken care of right away.
