We needed a file restored to a previous version....

We needed a file restored to a previous version. He just restored to a date she had given although it was not an early enough date. It was not restored far eough back to correct errors that were made so it was manually taken care of.

I would have liked the cords to have been hidden...

I would have liked the cords to have been hidden by a cord pipe which the installers said they didn't have with them. I was told they would send a piece with another guy who lived in the area. Hopefully this won't take long.

I have been told that it is in another ticket. However that ticket is not on my site/hub. I am assuming New Era created the ticket in General and not in our Hub. Therefore it would be nice for those that use keeper as customers of yours to be brought into the loop that you are working on the issue and we shouldn't do anything until New Era finds out what needs to be done. Just wanted to voice my concern of a lack of communication that I am starting to see more and more since New Era took over. Also, I normally give good comments and then been given the chance to post to the web which I never do. Just noticed that you dont give that option when it is a disappointing comment. Seems a little misleading...don't you? not that I would have posted this either as I do believe it is something that should be handled in house as opposed to in the public realm.

It was a great experience overall. I really appreciate Chris, Brian, and Lisa. They were all wonderful to work with. Brian was awesome, I had ongoing issues and a few things had to be done, but he worked through the problem until we found a solution. I appreciate his patience and am grateful that he was able to find a solution to fix the problem and appreciate all the help and great customer service I received from everyone that serviced this ticket. Thank you!
