I forgot about having to edit Board Packets...

I forgot about having to edit Board Packets until last weekend. Now that Adobe Pro is only on certain computers, there's a different procedure. I put in a ticket to be able to logon remotely to the machine that has Adobe, and Tom got me set up in no time. Now I'm back in business. THANKS - your team takes very good care of us!

Jesse was personable and friendly and patient. He was courteous and let me know his availability so that we would be able spend the time necessary for me to have an understanding of what would need to be accomplished. He also followed up with me when I forgot to call during our set telephone appointment. He handled everything I asked for and I am now set up to do the work I need to accomplish in my office and in the field.
