Mel persevered and discovered what the problem was without much help from me. I am happy that she is going to record the problem in our file for next time and I have saved a screenshot in my documents for when Microsoft tries to insert its own program for the Adobe program I default to. I know she discussed with Aaron although I did not speak directly with him.

We left off a few functional checks after completion of the installation. Given my relative lack of fluence in IT technology, even the most simple tasks can be confounding for me. The laptop microphone was not set up to allow me to make phone calls or participate vocally on Teams meetings, both of which I needed to do immediately after installation. I am supporting a coworker in Italy and getting feedback from a critical supplier in Missouri and I could not do either. My next effort will be setting up my electronic pen, which may or may not be within my level of expertise. Wait and see.

Had to follow up a few times to get the program installed. Once Weston got on it the task was done in 2 minutes!
