I just needed a website whitelisted. Why do you need me to give you a gold star for this service? How do you want me to rate that on a scale of 1 through 10? Either you whitelist it or you don't. Is there something in between? These surveys are excessive, and even if I was satisfied with this particular instance, the fact that you ask for a detailed evaluation after every single thing is aggravating. And I get yelled at by Tyler when we don't fill out these surveys. So, if you're going to insist that every single service be evaluated, even for the most minute, basic things, you'll get my review alright. If I asked my boss for feedback after every little tidbit of work I perform, he'd look at me like I was crazy.
