Both Jordan and Rodolfo were excellent! Rodolfo responded quickly when the initial issue occurred and provided a temporary solution. When the problem continued and affected other areas of Outlook, the ticket was escalated to Jordan, who was fantastic. I especially appreciate Jordan's diligence in researching the issue to find a solution. Through his expertise and knowledge, he came up with an ingenious solution that corrected the problems with both the calendar and the speed of Outlook. Well done by both!
