Dan was quick to look into my issue and to phone to help me out. I missed his call and phoned later and the person who took the call was very professional and knowledgeable and told me she'd leave him a message. I asked for a 9 am call the following morning and Dan called right on time, tapped into my screen and worked through the issue thoroughly. I asked a lot of questions and he was great (and patient) in explaining to me. Issue resolved and happy customer
