Another day, another reason to be thankful for the wonderful people at Philantech3. After having some struggles/confusion with my client's IT group regarding the ability to log in to their server to complete work for them, I reached out to Philantech3 to make sure there wasn't something needing to be fixed on my end. JP took my call, and he managed to successfully interpret my language into something understandable to prepare RJ for tackling the problem.
