Manny has been helping me last couple of weeks as I didn’t have access to Altru after the update and after Blackbaud got me a new link he was able to update, then update again and solve a problem where all my icons were not displaying g- guest services link and so on, usable but not showing what they were with icon. All seems to be fixed at this point and he was a pleasure to work with throughout, responsive, troubleshooting, following up and checking in and minimizing the time I had to be off line, because as always was on deadline!

This ticket was handled great. I figured out how to convert the photos from the outstanding ticket from 12/1/23. Am still awaiting assistance with the send/receive error in Outlook.
