Beau reminds of a surgeon going from one to the other assisting the needed procedure. Recommended a different wall plate on the real reason for being here then resolves a scanner issue, diagnosed an application download issue. Plus he brought a needed break in the administrator's day to day employees complaining on everything else. Great asset for Integrity and for us.
