I didn't have the best of experiences - I believe I sent my first email asking for assistance with our fax machine on 12/27. I missed the call from Ahmad Safi that morning, and when I tried to return his call, and press 5 as he instructed in the message that he left me, the phone just rang (no one answered and I wasn't able to leave a message). I almost immediately received an email from Ahmad asking me to respond with a good time to reach me. I responded with my schedule for the day (and mentioned the voicemail issue with pressing 5). I do not recall receiving a call back from him. Yesterday, a week later, I received a call from Jacob after just returning from lunch, and I wasn't sure what had taken place while I was at lunch. Apparently Stephan had called someone to come in and try to fix the problem (I'm not sure what company they were with). Once I explained this to Jacob, we decided that his help was not necessary. The fax is now working after waiting a week. I understand it was the holidays, but some type of contact/communication would have been nice.
