I rated the overall satisfaction as "8" because it was more than 21 hours after I first made Amnet aware of my printer issue that they replied, and this contact only occurred following my second email to them. While thankfully not a critical issue at the time, essential tasks in my job are regularly dependent upon a printer. On the other hand, the tech who helped me, Matt Goodwin, was extremely helpful. He promptly diagnosed my computer problem and remedied it. All along the way Matt was pleasant and professional. Thanks, Matt!
