Communication before standardized changes to the network or workstations should have be communicated before work so current work isn't disrupted. Work was done on my workstation then it was restarted after I left for the day, which caused a project that was still open to be lost for some reason and needed to be redone, not a big deal, but could have been prevented if I would have known, so I could have saved and closed. Just a suggestion. Communication is the key to efficiency. :-)
