Both were very accommodating and took responded to my ticket very quickly. Made it so I could access my home computer and still work remote while they worked on my PC at the plant. I haven't been back to yet to see if it is working. I will let you know. Thanks!

This issue is not resolved. My connection to the VPN kept dropping on Friday. Then I lost power at my house for a while on Friday afternoon, when the power was back on the computer would not let me connect to my wifi. I rebooted and tried again, still nothing. My son finally helped on Sunday and got the wifi connected again. I logged in opened one patient chart and the rebooting started again. I was trying to work 7:15 so again in the patch window, but the force stop of that update did not work because it again said that an update failed and just kept trying to resolve and I could not work. As a result of all this I missed out on 5 hours of work last week and I am behind on work with month end being tomorrow!
