Despite his busy day on the help desk, Kaleb jumped right into helping me with our problem, which had not been experienced by us before, and was able to solve the problem in under 30 minutes. The problem was extremely technical (to us), but Kaleb maintained his cool, calm demeanor, and walked me through our equipment to solve our system malfunction quickly, while not being present to address it onsite. I was highly impressed with his knowledge, experience, and way of communicating the problem, and solution, in a manner that made alot of sense after it was explained. We are very grateful for his assistance and know how.
