I don’t even know how to say thank you. You’ve already made our work so much easier by monitoring our equipment and responding to every issue. We are a different clinic because of you. Nevertheless, your work in this stood out. It is ridiculously difficult with our system is down 1st thing Monday morning and we are unable to communicate with clinics/hospitals through much of northern Calif. Even though it turned out to be an AT&T issue, you stayed with us trying to resolve whatever you could until we were back up. That kind of superior support and work ethic is unparalleled. My particular thanks to Conner, Iain, Pavel, the night crew (who looked at power-out issues) and Audriana. I was so impressed with each one of you in a new way.
