Fantastic, prompt service today from Matt at Iconic. My computer was attacked this morning. Spoiler, it ended well. But it was crazy for a minute there... suddenly my screen completely fills with warnings from Microsoft and a loud voice on a loop urgently warning me to not shut off my computer but call their number immediately. Screen was locked. From my phone, I emailed Iconic. Within 3 minutes, Matt from their help desk asks for my phone number to talk, restarts my computer, and gets to work remotely. (This is 7:15am.) He does find nasties lodged in my computer and cleans those up, but I definitely dodged huge problems by not taking any action before contacting Iconic. I have deadlines today and envisioned those going out the window. I ended up back up running in 15 minutes.

Taylor wasn't able to correct the missing online status bubbles, but he did tell me he could try uninstalling and reinstalling and it would take about 15minutes to try. I elected not to do that. The bubbles show if someone is available, online or busy.

Jake was extremely helpful in walking me through and helping me with some set-up challenges I was having.

Quickly found the issue and was able to solve it with no problem.
