After the file deletions were completed which Brandon did great with, my machine did not sync and I lost all "local" access to our corporate drives. Did not receive a call back on Day 1. Had to escalate and have management step in to get a call first thing on Day 2. I do not want to have to escalate so many tickets to our partners!
