We appreciate how quickly the technicians at Complete Technologies work to resolve our computer issues at work. Receiving an email notifying that the ticket has been created, and again when the ticket is assigned, gives peace of mind that the issue won't be overlooked and makes for ease of tracking if the issue reoccurs.
