My review and comments today come with frustration aside from the questions above. My primary issues have been with remote access and expired passwords without getting notification. Most of the time the expired password comes without any messages or notice and almost always on an early Monday morning. A couple months ago the remote client was changed to Sophos, the two step authentication and has been very difficult to work with. It times out and asks for new code multiple times per day. At the very beginning of a new session with accessing pds, it locks up every time within 1-2 minutes of logging in and have to wait at least 5 minutes before it unlocks itself and can then navigate in pds. If for whatever reason the computer needs to be shutdown, the process starts all over again.
