Brian was responsive and handled the matter very quickly.

He was very patient and did his best to get me going from home. Found the problem and the solution.

David took care of this ticket as if he had carried it 9 months into term and birthed it as his child. As anyone would do for their child if it was misbehaving, David escalated the issue to higher powers to look for guidance. When the ticket had matured and it was clear he could do nothing more, he let it ride into the sunset. "Come back and see me someday, kid", he basically said. I was like dude, no, we hope this issue never arises again. But it was really great to watch and because of this, I know he is going to be a great father someday.

My best friend growing up was named Kameron - but ever since Cameron came on board, I was like "dude, that other kid is a joke". Who spells their name with K like that? It was one of those families where all the kids names started with K, too. And to make matters worse, one of the brothers was named Kaelyn. Dude they were Mexican too, that's what doesn't make sense (as a Mexican myself, I can pass judgement here). It was just an uncomfortable situation for all involved. Kameron literally became homeless on purpose - he started selling magazines door to door and then randomly began hopping on the back of trains illegally to "travel". I think he's settled down now but is missing a tooth and has dreadlocks. Cameron would never do something like that, and that's why he's in IT. Different worlds, and I hope you all think about that before applying a unique spelling to your child's name just to be "different".
