Brian Brown is who we thought he was - Brian. There was a question initially if that indeed was the case, but over time he has proven himself and we are appreciative for that. Long ago there was a person named Steven Condry and Brian sort of reminds us of him. Not because of his skillset, but because of their good attitudes. Steven used to be like "gooooooood morning this is Steven from VersaTrust". And Brian doesn't do that, at all, but he does say good morning on occasion, which sets the tone for the call. He's just a good dude. I'm just noticing Juliet and David are on this ticket as well, taking away the shine from Brian. This is getting competitive again and I'm here for it

I've met Boone in person and we immediately became brothers. I'll never forget saying to him, "Here are the laptops, man. Thanks for scooping them". Brian is not as good of a driver as Boone, so he was unfortunately looked over for that assignment. But when the two of them collided for this ticket, it was magic. They both worked this ticket with such teamwork that I believe they might even be friends IRL. What a great culture you guys are fostering at VersaTrust.
