The delay getting back to client was very slow...

The delay getting back to client was very slow even after a call we placed to give additional details. Not paying attention to the notes on the ticket and who to call and the number provided does not help to resolve a ticket, this slowed the process down by another day. Very disappointed with the response time on this one and hopeful that this is not the service that Emancipet will experience in the future.
