Tom was fantastic, immediately determined the root cause, fixed it, and offered to do similar for other devices in our agency. The only reason the overall rating was not a 10 is the amount of time, over two tickets and multiple weeks, and another nudge after it was escalated for the 3rd or 4th time, to finally get someone competent to fix this.
