David and Grant are brothers - not by blood, but by spirit. Specifically, the spirit of Information Technology, or spirIT, as some like to call it. spirIT brothers share one of the strongest bonds found in the animal kingdom and it has been a blessing to watch this friendship blossom. At some point, as nature will have it, they will clash to determine who will lead the pack. File restoral tickets are one of the most boring tickets plaguing the United States of America in recent times, but Rayburn has grown to love them - his favorite ticket, he tells his friends and family. He finds the pervasiveness of file restoral requests alluring and gets a thrill off of finding files which were once deemed lost. "Not on my watch", he whispers, as he searches our Datto for files that have never existed. We try to delete at least one critical file a week to feed Kevin and this has really kept his spirits up over the past year. Thanks for all you do, kev!
