I made a wrong assumption when I sent in the ticket. David called me to review and let me know what he was seeing on his side, and I explained what I was seeing on my side. David had researched the issue before he called me, and the ticket was closed out quickly. Can't tell you how happy I was seeing an issue resolved within a few minutes instead of a few days (which would have been the case with our previous IT company). Thank you!
