Poor communication leading up to the appointment...

Poor communication leading up to the appointment and when he arrived he had lack of communication. He didn't acknowledge me that he was here, nor do I believe anyone. If so it was a brief "hi." I am not asking for a play by play of what is going to happen or he's going to do but rather some small conversation. "Hey I am Mike from Bergan, I have been in contact with Brittany, is she here? Perfect, I will go ahead and get that switch installed and let you or Shani know when I am ready to make the move and have the service down for a brief moment of time." At the end he did ask us if there was anything else we needed.

Alex was great. He was very helpful, we lost phone connection and he stayed right with me. Great service. Just wish when we call in for a quick fix - it doesn't take 3 days to get a call back on an important issue for my owner, who is especially hard to track down (I even provided details of of how long I knew he'd be in the office - that day). It seems as though every time we call for an IT issue it takes 2-3 business days for a technician to call and assist, no matter if we call or e-mail the support team. Don't get me wrong - the support we receive is top-notch. Your technicians definitely are well-educated and I've always found them to be extra helpful; however, the only thing to make this better was if we could shorten the response time.

I was very pleased with the tech service I received today. I was fighting an odd software issue and it being a Monday only added to my level of stress. Both Kevin and Alex, however, responded promptly to my request and made sure that it was taken care of as soon as possible, making my day a lot less stressful than it would have been otherwise! I was especially impressed with the level of communication I received - the constant updates from both Kevin and Alex helped me plan my day better. Kevin was also very patient and kind when he walked me through the necessary updates and repaired the problem. He then followed up to make sure that I had no more issues or questions. Overall, very impressed and truly grateful to have such wonderful support! Thank you both once again for all your help today!!
