I was busy on my computer when Keegan called. Call back was supposed to be 20 minutes - about an hour later I called to find out when we were going to connect. We tried a few things then he indicated he would need to talk to the technical team. He replied this morning that it couldn't be resolved and would need to have Callow do an installation. I spoke to Logan here in our office and he tried something very simple with the sign-in. Worked! Bulletproof was no help at all.
