Brian is conscientious and diligent in fixing problems. Only issue I have is that the laptop and desktop were not in sync to begin with. If we could find a way to sync those two whenever either is being updated it would help solve this problem.

Autumn was proficient, efficient and personable! She solved my issues quickly and was able to do so before an imminent conference call, so that I could continue with my day. Her personality was an added bonus; she was friendly and didn't make me feel foolish for having inadvertently downloaded a virus.
