Jeremy got back to me at the end of the day on the day I opened the ticket. I was out of the office at the time and in another location the next day without my laptop. I tried reaching Jeremy on Thursday when I was back in Iowa City. When I was unable to connect with Jeremy, I called and asked for another tech and got Kristi. I now understand that Jeremy was out for the day. It would have been nice to have known that, via his voicemail for example. Instead I left a message and waited. The problem was an easy fix once I was able to speak with someone. Thank you!

As always, John Peters did a great job with getting QuickBooks installed, he had to call and work with QuickBooks as we lost the admin password so we were unable to get the software loaded easily and quickly. His efforts are appreciated!
