Could have been slightly more thoughtful before taking action to release enormous email which then just bounced off the Exchange box. Could potentially also have recognised importance/urgency of receiving information and confirmed actions by phone as opposed to sending an email at 17:31, at which point our route to you guys by phone was in lock down. Not a big deal, just some minor observations. The fault in this instance was with the person (third party) that tried to send such a huge email in the first place.
