Everyone I have come in contact with at Blue Jeans has been very nice and helpful. This issue is one that requires the copier/scanner supplier to configure the email but Thomas made sure I could scan to a folder before he left the office.

I have many years of experience with the IT side of computers and software. Heck, part of my job title is IT Coordinator. And in my experience, I have never had a more pleasant experience with customer service, expertise and overall quality of work than with Blue Jean Network. BJN has handled our entire team network setup and computer installation for our new office. As we all know, nothing ever goes off without a hitch, but BJN handled every challenge and knocked every curve ball out of the park. The guys are all professional and personable, and they always seem to take great pride in being our IT Department. My most recent service ticket was about an recurring hardware issue involving the motherboard. I have received prompt responses, priority scheduling and service, a thorough investigation in addition to my own troubleshooting, and a decisive plan of action to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with little or no additional downtime. Jim and his guys have truly impressed me, because they actually have done what I would do... the right thing... every time... because it's the right thing to do. Much respect guys!
