The tech you subcontracted in Naples was...

The tech you subcontracted in Naples was terrible. Ho was only in the office for about 15 to 30 minutes and spent the rest of the time outside trying to get cell phone service for his phone. The only solution he suggested was that maybe the cables were bad. He arrived at the office at approximately 9:45, and left around 10:45 to call his office and get something to eat. He said he would return, but he never came back to our office. The tech's name was Jean (Gene?).. I do not believe I, or for that matter you, should have to pay for his time.
