Remapping drives is baby food. The server went down and it caused a glitch to be exposed and BJ found it and repaired in immediately once the problem was found out. I would really like to see BJ strongly encourage ACE world co to get, keep and maintain a service license for Solidworks at the very least.

Jose did a fantastic job. Unfortunately there wasn't the exact driver available for both SWx 2017 with Windows 10, so he was able to locate one that would work either way.

Jose's work not only corrected my immediate full stop issue of not being able to print but also corrected a couple other nuisance issues I'd been having from that printer. I have been singing his praises to all around every time I print and those nuisance issues don't recur :-)
