Adam provided excellent service in getting an employee at our Resale store connected.due to the nature of their work employees at our Resale store do not access email as frequently as others in the agency. Adam's quick response was greatly appreciated.

Randy did an excellent job responding to this ticket. The employee's name changed last year due to marriage. The issue came to light when a new Salesforce calendar tool replaced the old tool. I was unable to cync her Salesforce calendar with her Outlook calendar. I found out that our Urgency partner created a work - around that worked for the old tool. I contacted Integris so that we could resolve this issue correctly. I told the employee that this was an Outlook issue and that the Integris group could fix this. I am very pleased Randy proved my comment to be correct. Randy was able to change her name in Outlook and I was able to cync her calendars. It was great to get this issue resolved correctly. Resolving this issue correctly highlights the great work that Integris does to support the agency. It also gives people confidence that we are able to resolve their issues effectively and efficientally. Integris, particularly Randy came through as usual. Job well done.
