Jay did a great job yesterday by assisting a great majority of our users as Jeremy switched on the 2FA (with my authorization). Jay is always extremely helpful and willing to assist with any issue that arises. I greatly appreciate his calm demeanor and willing to dive in and assist where ever we need the assistance.

Jay was very good today as he fixed my issue. The issue started last Friday so it took until today to get it resolved but luckily we had another work station I could login on.
