They both had a bit of trouble logging into my remote system but Dustin walked me through the process. I just had trouble after we disconnected that the pop ups were never ending so I had to call back and get Morgan to help. He took care of the problem right away - then followed up today to make sure I was not having anymore trouble. Great job!
