I just wanted to send an email to express my appreciation for Rick’s efforts this last week. He went above and beyond to help us address our technical issues with our domain. He was such an advocate for us with Bluehost and filtered so many calls, questions, emails, and texts over the last week. He was patient with my lack of knowledge about this issue and very sympathetic to how disruptive this problem was to our team. He made himself available to me directly during business hours and outside of normal business hours. He is exceptional and I was so impressed with his level of integrity and commitment to resolving our issue.
