Since we switched over to the Cloud - I had issues on a daily basis with the copier not printing and sometimes appeared to be off instead of on. As a matter of fact several times a day. So we would shut down the copier and restart it which solved the problem temporarily. Since i am not tech savvy - it was a problem with the communication between my computer and the copier. It appears to have been resolved for me. i believe that Justin may still be having a problem with the connectivity. I totally appreciate Sam's help!!!
