Response was prompt and attention was given to my request/support ticket. Communication about how problem was being addressed could have been clearer. I wasn't always sure what was being done on Integris's end -- including one time when I rebooted my computer and control apparently had been taken over by Integris without prior notification to/approval by me. Appreciated the effort and the follow-up to make sure problem was resolved, though.
