Chris answered promptly, understood my issue and resolved the situation quickly. I have had no further problems with my system throughout the day. My hours are from 7AM to 4PM. It's nice to know that we can depend on Bergan outside of normal business hours. Without Chris' help, I would probably have been twiddling my thumbs until 8AM. That would not have been a good start to my day. Thanks Chris!
