The only reason I docked any points didn't have anything to do with Lamont Ford, it was simply that the system notifications that came through did not include the resolution of the ticket, likely due to something on the backend. Lamont followed up, explained everything, and remoted in to see my side so that he could see what I meant in my response and assured me that he would bring up the issue to appropriate staff.
