Rafael was exceptional! He knew right away that the problem had to do with Outlook as soon as I said I was receiving Exchange emails on my network office PC but not on my Iphone. He simply had me download the Outlook App from the App store and then I view all Exchange emails on the Outlook App.

We have been very happy overall with Integris's services over the past several years! Occasionally, we do see a dip in responsiveness to support tickets, so that is the only area I think that there could be some improvement on, but overall very happy and satisfied with our experience.
