Top-notch customer service! I prefer calling over an email ticket, and I have never had to wait in a que to be assisted. I get a live person every time! This particular time I spoke with Jeremiah F. I explained the issue, and received help right away. Even better is that Info Advantage is local, so in-person tech support is right there when we need it! A+
