Insanely fast response time!! I put a ticket in with a high priority because I had an employee leaving shortly and we needed assistance quickly. Adam called me with a few minutes of putting the ticket in and was able to get the issue resolved just as quickly. Then Adam took the time to explain what the issue was and what he did to fix it. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Adam!!
