Jake was great and the response time was amazing - it was probably the best IT help desk response I've ever had at a company! He basically called me immediately (not sure if it was because it was during the Holiday and a lot of people were OOO) and diagnosed and fixed the issue. He kept me posted by continuously calling me to let me know the status of the reinstall (since it took approx 45 minutes or more) and then confirmed the issue was repaired. It was Great! Thank you!!!
