At Diamond IT, we understand your business is unique, and the tech solutions you need to run your business are equally unique. Originally established in 1997 as a hardware reseller, Diamond IT grew by capturing large computer hardware and software contracts throughout California. As the industry changed, Diamond IT rebooted itself in 2005. The new Diamond IT emerged as an IT consulting, support, and training organization, specializing in all facets of business technology with an emphasis on solutions, not products.

As part of our 10th anniversary, we rebranded and refocused ourselves once again, demonstrating our ability to keep in tune with the ever-growing need and use of technology in our community. Noah recognized the system was responding and escalated to Roy - Roy tried to get us up but had to work with WatchGuard who was on their own time clock. He answered my questions and was able to give us a limited work around on Thursday which was helpful.....then today he was able get the system to work as normal along with the printer and scanner which was helpful since are trying to get tax returns out since Dale goes in for surgery Monday 8am and will on a limited work schedule for a few weeks. Both Noah & Roy are always polite, patient and responsive. :)
