I am very pleased with the services in assisting with the coordination with desktop, laptop, iPad, printers and scanners to allow for a more efficient work from home situation. The members of the 415 Group IT division are prompt in their service and very knowledgeable of the services being provided. I can always count on them to provide the assistance and answers to resolve any questions. In this particular instance, I worked with Lou Jimenez and appreciated his input and professionalism. I thank the entire IT group for the outstanding service that is always provided.
